They measure 60 inches long by 2 inches wide with an elastic loop to safely hold excess belt length. Made of strong, durable high strength webbing that is comfortable and supports up to 300 pounds. Machine wash and air dry for easy care.

The gait belt should only be used as an aid for transferring or walking a patient. As a standard procedure with all equipment in any facility, please inspect the belt prior to every use. Only use the belt on a patient or resident when appropriate. If the patient or resident has had a recent surgery, please consult their physician for permission prior to using this belt on the patient. This belt should never be used as any type of restraining device on a patient.

Never use the belt as a form of a seat belt either in a vehicle or in a chair.

RETURN POLICY

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of our company, Kate Minimalist. If the items is used or damaged by the customer, then the customer has to pay for return shipping cost. 

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE

- No Restocking Fee: Kateminimalist does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

For Defective Products or Change of Mind: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, defective in any other way or the customer does not want the product anymore.

Return Instructions

  1. Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at help@kateminimalist.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

- Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.  However, you will shoulder the return cost.

- Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately for instructions. Kateminimalist.com will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a refund.

- Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will cover the cost of the return.

- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us, and we will arrange the return costs and ensure you receive the correct product.

- Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.

- Cancellation After Order: You can cancel your order before 24 hours. Once your order is in the processing stage, we can no longer cancel your order.

Upon receiving damaged or defective goods, contact our customer service within 48 hours. Send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund.
